The notification from the European Patent Office (EPO) announces that no opposition to the European patent no. 3 283 427 “A LIFTING JIG FOR LIFTING ELEMENTS ALONG THE FACADE OF A BUILDING” has been filed within the term set.
This means that the patent now has full legal effect and that the validity of the patent only can be challenged by means of a law suit lodged in national court.
The patent protects a key component in the Brunkeberg System, namely the Lifting jig and is therefore important. The issuance of this patent is to be considered a milestone for the Company!
